Schedule: I, Elizabeth Agbi, solicitor for Infrastructure Ontario, agent for the Ministry of Infrastructure, make the following statements:
The registered owner of the said lands is 718718 Ontario Ltd. pursuant to a Transfer registered as Instrument No. LT30368 on August
12, 1988. Effective November 9, 2009, the corporate status of 718718 Ontario Ltd. was voluntarily dissolved.
Upon the dissolution of 718718 Ontario Ltd., all of its remaining property interests became Forfeited Corporate Property as defined in
the Forfeited Corporate Property Act, 2015 and were forfeited to and immediately vested in the Crown by operation of section 244(1) of
the Business Corporations Act.
Pursuant to Section 12(1) of the Forfeited Corporate Property Act, 2015, the Minister of infrastructure has the authority to administer
Forfeited Corporate Property and may, at any time, make an application for the Crown to be registered as own of the Forfeited
Corporate Property.
Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure, having legal interest in the lands, hereby
applies under section 69(1)(a) of the Land Titles Act to have the register for the said PIN amended by showing Her Majesty the Queen in
right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Infrastructure as registered owner of the said lands.
