Purchaser'), pursuant to an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale for the Forfeited Corporate Property accepted
December 15, 2017 (the "Purchase Agreement's

DO SOLEMNLY DECLARE, that:
1. I am the Mayor of the Purchaser and as such have knowledge of the matters hereitial[@r
declared.
2. The Purchaser and the Vendor are arm's length parties and the Purchaser has receive no
special knowledge nor special consideration in entering into the above Purchase Agreement,
which would lead to the prestimption that the parties are not arm's length parties.
3. There are no outstanding legal disputes or actions between the Vendor and Purchaser.
4. The Purchaser is not in conflict with the Vendor (or any of its employees) with respect to the
above transaction.
