-Hosting Joint AAC Meeting
Proposed date of hosting Joint Accessibility Advisory Meeting for Oxford County is
November 5, 2018 beginning at 10:30 am in the Lion’s Den.
Chair to meet with Chief Building Official regarding presenting an update on the
building code in relation to accessibility.
Staff to reach out to Director of Recreation, Culture and Parks to seek interest in
presenting on accessibility features implemented in Town facilities.
Agenda will begin with round table introductions from attendees.
Staff to investigate potential presenter on availability of accessibility grants.
Staff to determine budget for food, drinks and door prizes.
