BEING A BY-LAW to enter into a Permission to Access and Modify Town Lands
Agreement with The J.L. Scott McLean Memorial Legacy Fund.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a Permission to Access and
Modify Town Lands Agreement with The J.L. Scott McLean Memorial Legacy Fund, a
non-profit trust established under the laws of Ontario, and with offices c/o Box 307,
Tillsonburg, ON N4G 4H5.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the agreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. THAT this By -Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 12"' DAY OF November, 2018.
