BY-LAW NUMBER 4204
BEING A BY-LAW to adopt the Century Plaque Program Policy
WHEREAS Section 270(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 states that a municipality shall
adopt and maintain policies and such policies will be adopted to ensure that it is
accountable to the public for its actions, and shall be the manner in which the
municipality will try to ensure that its actions are transparent to the public.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of
adopting the Century Plaque Program Policy.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Century Plaque Program Policy attached hereto as 'Schedule A' is hereby
adopted and forms part of this by-law.
2. AND THAT this by-law comes into full force and effect on the day of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 2e DAY OF JUNE, 2018.
READ A THIRD AND FOL TIME AND PASSED THIS 25"' DAY OF JUNE, 2018.
