1. CALL TO ORDER: Determine if a quorum is present.
2. ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA:

3. NEW BUSINESS: Board discussion of Ford Government Regional Review:
a. prepare a resolution in support of the BIA Board of Management’s position
for potential distribution to applicable parties including E. Hardeman MPP,
S. Clark – Minister of MMAH, County of Oxford, lower tier municipalities of
Oxford County including the Town of Tillsonburg; Tillsonburg Economic
Development Advisory Committee and the Tillsonburg Chamber of
Commerce.
b. discuss a presentation to be made to the public meeting to be held on
Thursday, May 16th at the Tillsonburg Senior’s Centre.
