The meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm.
Kartik Kumar, Legacy Executive Search Partners was also in attendance.

Council moved into Closed session at 4:02 pm.

Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same, and place
the corporate seal thereunto.
