A BY-LAW to enter in o an Airport Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Ernest West.
WHEREAS the Corpor11tion of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an Airport
Hanger Land Lease Agreement with Ernest West for the construction of a 3,600 square foot
hanger at the Tillsonbu~g Regional Airport along existing Taxiway G1 Lot 3.
NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF TILLSONBURG ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the lease lgreement attached hereto forms part of this by-law;
2. THAT the May Ir and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached lease
agreement on b<jhalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg.
3. This By-Law sha I come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
