A BY-LAW To Authorize a Telecommunications Site Lease Agreement with
Rogers Communications Inc.
WHERAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a
Telecommunications Site Lease Agreement with Rogers Communications Inc. to lease
approximately 356 square meters of land at the southwest corner of the Tillsonburg
Transfer Station facility to permit Rogers Communications Inc. to install and operate a
telecommunications facility.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the Telecommunications Site Lease Agreement attached hereto forms part
of this by-law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
Telecommunications Site Lease Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg;
3. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon passing.
