Executive Committee
REPORT
Tuesday, January 29th, 1980 -8:00 P.M.
Present: Councillors:-Webster, Miggens, Story, Ferrie and Bromley.
The Executive Committee recommends to Council as follows:
1. That after review of Schedules of Job Descriptions with
representatives, Don Birtbh, Mary Anne Arnold and Peter
Pressey of Hyde, Houghton and Co. and considering changes
necessary with the installation of the inhouse computer
system, the schedules as presented were tentatively adopted
and to be reviewed in approximately three months after the
computer has been in operation.
2. The budget of the Tillsonburg Parks, Community Centre and
Recreation Commission was reviewed with Chairperson Donna
Berlet and Stan Moore. The budget be reviewed further before
adoption.
3. The quotation from Blake Moody Electric be accepted for
installation of electrical service for computer equipment
at the municipal offices -$774.15 and Community Centre -
$199.75.
4. The Clerk advertise vacancies on various Boards and Commissions.
5. The Mayor, Clerk and D. G. Philpott be appointed a Committee
to review, approve or disapprove of various tenants for the
Tillsonburg Town Centre, pursuant to Schedule "F" paragraph 2
of the Development Agreement.
