Staff provided a summary of the options included in Report FIN 20-
09 BIA COVID 19 Resolutions.
Opportunity was provided for Council to ask questions and make
comments.
It was noted that the funds would be dispersed to the tenants of a
building rather than to the owner of a building.

THAT Council receives Report FIN 20-09 BIA COVID 19
Resolutions, as information;
AND THAT staff is directed to revise the 2020 Levy for the
Tillsonburg BIA and reflect this in the 2020 Tax Rates to be
presented to Council in May 2020;
AND FURTHER THAT Council select Option B.

THAT By-Law 2020-034, to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council Meeting held
on March 30, 2020, be read for a first, second, third and final reading and that the
Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same, and place
the corporate seal thereunto.
