BEING A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement of Purchase and Sale with Richard
Redling.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillson burg is desirous of entering into an agreement of
purchase and sale for lands described as Part of Lot 3-4 CON 5 NTR Middleton Part 1,
37R283 and as in MD22188, Tillsonburg, and Part of Lot 4 CON 5 NTR Middleton Part
2, 37R283, Tillsonburg, with Richard Redling
AND WHEREAS an offer to purchase with conditions has been accepted:
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the authorization is hereby given for the purchase of those lands
described as Part of Lots 3-4 CON 5 NTR Middleton Part 1, 37R283 and as in
MD22188, Tillsonburg, and Part of Lot 4 CON 5 NTR Middleton Part 2, 37R283,
Tillsonburg, from Richard Redling, subject to those terms and provisions outlined
within the Offer of Purchase and Sale;
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect upon being passed by
Council.
