BY-LAW 2020-088
A BY-LAW to amend Schedule A of By-Law 2020-019, being a By-Law to dedicate
certain reserves owned by the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg as parts of
public highways in the Town of Tillsonburg.
WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and expedient to amend Schedule A of By-Law
2020-019 .
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT Schedule A of By-Law 2020-019 be amended to delete the legal
description contained in Column 2, and to add the following legal description to
Column 2 : Block 132 on Plan 41M-143.
2. THAT these amendments to Schedule A of By-Law 2020-019 are hereby
declared to be a part of that By-Law as if written therein.
3 . THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 24th day of AUGUST, 2020 .
