MINUTES of the special meeting of the Municipal Council of the Town of Tillsonburg
held Thursday, September 30th, 1999 at 1:00 P.M. in the Board Room, Customer Service
Centre, 10 Lisgar Avenue, Tillsonburg, Ontario.
PRESENT: Mayor C. McKnight, Deputy Mayor I. Horton, Councillors: D. Beres, B.
Carroll, S. Lamb, G. Leachman, S. Molnar, C. Rosehart and B. Smith
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
A. Adoption of Agenda
The Agenda was adopted.
B. Closed Session
No. 1 Moved by Deputy Mayor Horton
Seconded by Councillor Carroll AND RESOLVED THAT Council move
into Closed Session.

Council moved back into Open Session.

Seconded by Deputy Mayor Horton THAT the Council of the Town of
Tillsonburg adopt the Compensation Plan of Allmat and Associates and
the implementation of same as presented in report of the Director of
Corporate Services under this date.
