BY-LAW 2020-123
A BY-LAW to authorize a water and wastewater billing agreement with the County
of Oxford and to repeal By-Law 3976.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a water and wastewater
billing agreement with the County of Oxford ;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows :
1. THAT the master services agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part
of this By-Law ;
2 . THAT the statement of work attached hereto as Schedule B forms part of this By-
law;
3 . THAT By-Law 3976 is hereby repealed in its entirety ;
4 . THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upon passing .
