A BY-LAW to authorize a transfer payment agreement with the Province of
Ontario to receive funds from the municipal transit enhanced cleaning program.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a transfer payment
agreement with the Province of Ontario to receive funds from the municipal transit
enhanced cleaning program.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows :
1. THAT the transfer payment agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part
of this By-Law;
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect upo n passing.
