BY-LAW 2021-015
A BY-LAW to authorize an agreement of purchase and sale with Trevor and Lynn
Mudford.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into an agreement of
purchase and sale for lands described as part of Lot 22 , Plan 966 , and more specifically
described as Part 1 on the draft reference plan .
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows :
1. THAT the authorization is hereby given for the sale of those lands
described as part of Lot 2~. Plan 966 , and more specifically described as Part 1
on the draft reference plan , subject to those terms and provisions outlined within
the offer of purchase and sale as attached hereto as Sched ule A ;
2 . THAT the agreement of pu rchase and sale attached hereto as Schedu le A form s
part of this By-Law.
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon pass ing .
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 25th day of JANUARY, 2021.
