BY-LAW 2020-025
A BY-LAW to Authorize the Town of Tillsonburg to enter into a payment
Agreement with the Province of Ontario for Modernization Funds.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT Schedule A of By-Law 2020-025 is hereby declared to be part of that By-
law as if written therein.
2. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon passing.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 9th day of MARCH, 2020.
