MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF February 7, 1991.
PRESENT: J. Whitmore, G. Chamberlain, S. Harris, W. Kleer,

1. Date:
The 1991 promotion to run from August 16th-24th.
2. Theme:
It was decided to use the theme of Caribbean
Days, to build on the Mall's promotion.
3. Activities:
B. MacKay to approach the B.I.A. re: a sidewalk
days promotion during Experience Tillsonburg.
s. Harris will be handling the tent, liquor
licence and security.
Suggested activities:
Friday and Saturday -Little Theatre
-limbo contest
-crier contest
-costume contest
The mall will arrange for a steel drumband.
During Week:
-show off car night (Wed?)
-collector card show (Tues?)
-pet show (Thurs?)
-Poor Man's Lunch (Wed. in tent)
