6th, 1991 in Council Chambers.

A letter to go with the package was read and discussed.
John Armstrong will edit the letter and Gary Chamberlain
will pick it up.
B. Carroll will ask Janet Mccurdy to consider a corporate
challenge as part of the August 24th events.

Monster Bingo at Community Centre -August 17 C,
Limbo contest -Friday and Saturday at mall C,
Watermelon Eating Contest --August 16, 17 in Tent C.
Pineapple Eating Contest for kids -August 16, 17 in Tent ~
