MINUTES of the meeting of the Experience Tillsonburg Committee
held July 25, 1991 at 9:30 a.m. in Council Chambers.
PRESENT: Wayne Van Sevenant, F. Brown, W. Kleer, B. Carroll,
J. Armstrong, S. Harris, J. Whitmore
EVENTS:
1. The auto daze has been cancelled.
The Tillsonburg "Carribbean Adventure" has been cancelled.
2. Art Show Insurance -$100.00 (money to come from the
proceeds of the Card Show)
Moved by B. Carroll, Seconded by J. Whitmore:
"THAT the Experience Tillsonburg Committee pay for
the art show insurance in the amount of $100.00."
CARRIED.
3. The list of events was reviewed. Add:
Teen Street Dance
Soap Box Derby
Euchre Tournament
Bridge Tournament
Restored Car Show
