MINUTES
Minutes of the meeting of the Experience Tillsonburg Committee
held August 8, 1991 at 9:30 a.m.
Present: Bev Crocker, W. VanSevenant, B. Carroll, F. Brown,
J. Armstrong, B. Arts, S. Harris, Ron Bates
1. Budget:
A revised budget was presented based on 11 sponsors.
2. Car Show:
John A. has contacted several car owners. He has received a
positive response from those he has contacted. Wayne has also
had a good response -6 guaranteed. W. Kleer had 5 or 6 cars
guaranteed. John has 6 as well. The hot dogs will cost $163.00.
B.B.Q. to run from 3 -9 p.m. Volunteers are needed to man the
B.B.Q.
3. Poor Folks Luncheon:
The logistics were discussed.
4. Other:
The events brochure will be distributed to all advertisers,
library, town offices and throughout the mall.
