BY-LAW 2021-039
A BY-LAW to authorize an Agreement between Her Majesty the Queen in right of
the Province of Ontario , as represented by the Ministry of Transportation (the
"Ministry") and the Corporation of the Town of Tillson burg, for the purpose of
receiving funds from the Safe Restart Agreement (SRA) Phase 2 Municipal Transit
Funding program.
WHEREAS The Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into the Safe Restart
Agreement (SRA) Phase 2 Municipal Transit Funding program Transfer Payment
Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Ontario, as
represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT the agreement attached hereto as Schedule "A" forms part of this By-Law;
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached
agreement marked as Schedule "A" on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillson burg ;
3. AND THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect on the day of
passing.
