Baxter, seconded by B. McCormick and Carried that the agenda for the Parks & Recreation Committee meeting of March 08, 2016 be adopted Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest B. McCormick-Fence Signs Approval of Minutes On Motion made by D. Scanlan, seconded by D. Baxter and carried that the Minutes as prepared for the Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting of February 02, 20 16 be adopted - Parks and Rec Committee-Minutes - 2 - 6 Presentations and Deputations Lake Lisgar Revitalization Project B. Turrill to copy Frank Kempf & Joan Weston presented the information and send to all • committee with an update on the projects as well committee members as listed goals for the LLRP Tillsonburg Fair Board-Frank Kempf • Presented an option for a portable stage to be B.
