A BY-LAW to authorize a transfer payment agreement with the Province of
Ontario to receive funds from the investing in Canada infrastructure program
community, culture and recreation stream.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a transfer payment
agreement with the Province of Ontario to receive funds from the investing in Canada
infrastructu re program community, cu lture and re c reation stream.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the transfer payment agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part
of th is by-law ;
2 . That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed .
