A BY-LAW to authorize a transfer payment agreement with the Province of
Ontario to receive funds from the investing in Canada infrastructure program
covid-19 resilience infrastructure stream -local government intake.
WHEREAS the Town of Tillsonburg is desirous of entering into a transfer payment
agreement with the Province of Ontario to receive funds from the investing in Canada
infrastructure program covid-19 resilience infrastructure stream -local government
intake.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. That the transfer payment agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part
of this by-law;
2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed .
