Committees
Down Home Country Christmas Festival
Deb Beard excused herself from the deliberations and J. Weis chaired
the discusion. The Board reviewed the application.

“That the Tillsonburg District Craft Guild (Station Arts Centre) grant
application submitted on behalf of the DHCC Festival Committee in
the amount of $3,000 for the 2011 Down Home Country Christmas
Festival be recommended for approval to Council”

The Board was advised that all ad-hoc committees needed to be
appointed by Council in order to make it official for insurance
purposes. The actual members could be decided by the Board, but
have to be approved by Council.

Meeting
Board members were provided with a copy of the terms of reference
and grant application for the former Cultural Advisory Committee and
asked to review and provide comments and confirmation that it met the
template provided by the CAO.
