7) Economic Development Update -C. Panschow
-Mr. Panschow gave information on economic development including investment attraction,
summary of leads to date and the updated business directory
-discussed availability of unemployement rate in Oxford County
-Staff will advise MCfYor when partictpating in out of town shows

-Staff will invite Rodolfo Martinez to a fature Development Committee meeting to attract young

-Stajj l;Vill look into a possible lunch and learn or workshop with Chamber and BIA by Katie Ward
who focuses on social media and how to attract young aaults
8) Residential Marketing Update -C. Pepper
-Ms. Pepper gave an update including tlie Town being firatured in New Home and Condo Guide,
attendance at the International Home Show on Oct 7-IO and a new format of Inside Tillsonburg
-Committee will give names to c. Pepper of young adults who have come back to Tillsonburg

9) Building and Development Update -G. Vanhaelewyn -Deferred until October
-Staff to report to committee after quarter ends
10) Chamber Update
-New chamoer website to be launched at end of month
11) BIA Update
-Wifi UJ? and running -Will be at full capacity soon
-Comrmttee suggested an "info sheet" for how to log into wi-fi
12) Real Estate Board Update
-Gave hand out regarding housing update
-Current active listmgs in Tillsonburg are 465
13) Roundtable
-Discussed guidelines for subdivision approval
-Staff to inquire for clarification on why Town wi-fi is not more readily available.
