The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. Adoption of Agenda
Moved By: Bill Hett Seconded By: Marty Graf
THAT the Agenda as prepared for the Committee meeting of May 12, 2015, be adopted.
Carried.
3. Disclosure of Pecuniary Interest
No disclosures of pecuniary interest were declared.
4. Approval of previous minutes
The May 12, 2015 meeting was the inaugural meeting of the Community Transportation
Pilot Steering Committee.
5. General Business and Reports
5.1. Terms of Reference
The Terms of Reference were amended to correct the name of one of the community
organizations to read Social Planning Council Oxford.
John Verbakel was appointed Chair and Bill Hett was appointed Vice-Chair.
6. Other Business
6.1. Grant Funding
Moved By: Bill Hett Seconded By: Councillor Brian Stephenson
THAT the funding flow through the Town of Tillsonburg Finance Department as the
Town is accountable for grant funding as provided by the Ministry of Transportation;
AND FURTHER THAT Community Living as the lead agency identified in the
Community Transportation Pilot Grant Program be the hiring agency for the hiring of a
Coordinator as approved in the Pilot Program.

THAT the Community Transportation Pilot ?teering Committee direct the representative
of the Tillsonburg Community Services l~itative (Bill Hett) to approach Max Adam and
discuss his interest in being the Coordinator for the Community Transportation ~
and report back to the Community Transportation Pilot Steering Committee. ~
