The meeting was called to order at 5 :00 pm

of Wednesday November 1 st 2017, be adopted.

THAT the Minutes of the Cultural Advisory Committee Meeting of
September 6th, 2017 and the October 4th ,2017 be approved.

Grant application from Southridge Publc School

all in favour
THAT the Cultural Advisory Committee approve the Grant request from the
Southridge public School for the request amount of $2900 so that the 65
music students may attend and perform at the festival of music concert.

7.1 Committee membership
Committee is at maximum capacity providing all members show.
7.2 Council Report
- Chair Heather Benton is to present a report in front of council
pertaining to the allocation of Cultural Advisory funds.
