A BY-LAW to appoint an Interim Treasurer.
WHEREAS section 286 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 , S.O. C 25 provides that a
municipality sha l l appoint a treasurer who is responsible fqr handling all of the financial
affairs of the municipality on behalf of and in the manner directed by the council of the
municipality;
AND WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it is
necessary and expedient to appoint an Interim Treasurer for the Corporation of the
Town of Tillsonburg ;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Tillsonburg as follows:
1. THAT Renato Pullia is hereby appointed as Interim Treasurer for The
Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg .
2 . THAT this By-Law is passed pursuant to the Section 286 of the Municipal Act,
2001 S.O. 2001, Chapter 25.;
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect upon passing until January
15, 2023 or until otherwise rescinded.
