A By-Law to authorize an agreement between the Town of Tillsonburg and Her
Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the Minister of Municipal
Affairs and Housing for funding under the Municipal Modernization Program for the
Town of Tillsonburg Municipal Management Intern
WHERAS the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg deems it necessary and expedient
to enter into an agreement with the Queen in right of Ontario as represented by the
Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing;
BE IT THEREFOR ENACTED by the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg as follows:
1) That the Agreement attached hereto as Schedule A forms part of this by-law;
2) That the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to execute the attached agreement
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg;
3) That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of it is passed,
