Seconded by: Councillor Klein AND RESOLVED THAT Town Council move into Closed Session,
to consider matters relating to:
• Performance Review,matters relating to personal matters about an identifiable individual;
• 2011 Draft Budget, matters for the purpose of educating or training the members;
• 2011 Operations Services Business Plan, matters for the purpose of education or training the
members;
• 2011 Development & Communications Business Plan, matters for the purpose of educating or
training the members;
• 2011 Community Services Business Plan, matters for the purpose of educating or training the
members;
• 2011 Fire Services Business Plan, matters for the purpose of educating or training the
members;
• 2011 Finance Business Plan, matters for the purpose of educating or training the members;
• 2011 Consolidated Operating Summary, matters for the purpose of educating or training the
members;
• 2011 Debt Summary, matters for the purpose of educating or training the members.

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
1. To Appoint the Board Member for Tillsonbu[g Police Services Board a
Resolution No. 3:
Moved by: Councillor Getty
Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVE THAT Council appoint Larry Scanlon as Board
Member to the Police Services Board for a 2 year term.

the Police Services Board.
RESOLUTIONS RESULTING FROM CLOSED SESSION

Moved by: Deputy Mayor Renaud
Seconded by: Councillor Klein AND RESOLVE THAT Council endorse the recommendations from
the CAO review committee,
AND FURTHER THAT any grid advancement be effective December 14, 2011,
AND FURTHER THAT the report be forwarded to the Director of Finance for implementation.

Seconded by: Councillor Getty AND RESOLVED THAT Council receive the 2011 Business
Plans
AND FURTHER THAT council receive the 2011 budget strategies.

plans as presented to the next budget meeting
