Reduction in Benefit Coverage as information.
AND FURTHER RESOLVE THAT the reduction of benefit coverage effective April 1, 2011 in the
amount of $34,329 be adopted.

Seconded by: Councillor Stephenson AND RESOLVE THAT Council receives report Customer
Service Centre Hours of Operation dated October 15, 2010.
AND FURTHER RESOLVE THAT Council amend the hours of operation of the Customer Service
Centre to Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m effective February 21, 2011.
