Deputy Mayor Renaud introduced the new Deputy Fire Chief and gave a synopsis of his

Presentation on Objiwa Submarine
Mr. Rick Morgan was in attendance and gave a presentation on Project Ojibwa.
Council is impressed with the project and suggests the item be brought forward for discussion and
resolution at a future Council Meeting.

Staff to bring back a report at the May 23, 2011 Council meeting regarding the budget

Signing of the Code of Conduct Document by Council
Minor changes have been made to the document.
Therefore in order for council to review the document it will be to be deferred to the May 9, 2011
meeting.

9. CSD 2011-05 Landscaping Service Outsourcing

landscaping maintenance work to Williams for Spring Clean-up of $4,650 and
$1,100 per occurrence for weeding.

Back the Night Committee's request to hold a walk in Tillsonburg September 15, 2011, subject to
satisfactory arrangements being made with Tillsonburg Operations Services for temporary road
closures and Oxford County O.P.P. for escorting participants in the walk.
