AND FURTHER RESOLVE THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an amendment to the lease agreement with Trillium Solar Inc., or their
assignee, extending the conditional period for one additional year to March 26, 2012, subject to the Lessee agreeing to a right of first refusal for the property;
