Council suggest that funds should be added to reserves in the operation section to implement the
master fire plan.
Staff to look into a lease program for pagers rather than replacing them every few years.

Council would like to see a per capita cost of fire services and how we compare to other small
urban communities.

3. Finance 2012 Business Plan
Presented By: Director of Finance
Staff to look at the location of the Customer Service Kiosk in order to optimize it's usability.
To research satisfaction from other organizations who may use Olameter for bill delivery.
Staff to bring back data on the number of projected growth of households as well as the
requirement from taxation based on growth.
Staff to bring back a more detailed report on the year end tax receivables and the town accounts
receivables.

4. Development & Communication Services 2012 Business Plan

Staff to review the type of industries that Tillsonburg can attract with respect to our resources.
Moving the Marketing Campaign forward there will be a branding exercise done through economic
development and the plan will come back to council.
Staff to add to the performance measures table, the net revenue of airport fuel sales.
To have future discussion on the airport regarding marketing and feasibility.

of Council for the Council Meeting of October 20, 2011, be read for a first and second time and
this constitutes the first and second reading thereof.
FURTHER RESOLVE THAT By -Law 3547, be given third and final reading and the Mayor and
Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same, and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.
