FURTHER RESOLVE THAT the attached Memorandum of Understanding including Schedules A
and B be approved as amended.

FURTHER RESOLVE THAT By -Law 3557 be given third and final reading and the Mayor and
Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same, and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.
