consider matters relating to:

CL10-01),
• personal matters about an identifiable individual - including municipal employees
(Report CAOCLI 0-12, Applications for Committee Appointments, Appointment of
Deputy CBO);
• labour relations or employee negotiations (Report FI 2010-21, FI 2010-22);
• litigation or potential litigation - including matters before administrative tribunals
affecting the municipality (Pre -servicing Agreement), and
• advice that is subject to solicitor -client privilege - including communications
necessary for that purpose (Report C 2010-027).

2010-026 Joint Compliance Audit Committee for information purposes;
AND FURTHER THAT Council endorse the joining with other municipalities of the County
of Oxford to form a Joint Compliance Audit Committee as outlined in report C 2010-026
with the following specific parameters:
• The committee will be made up of residents of the County of Oxford, preference will
be given to those with an accounting, legal, municipal or academic background;
• Members of the committee will be paid $400 per term and $100 per diem with costs
shared by all municipalities that participate;
• Any costs related to a request for audit will be borne by the municipality receiving the
request.

loan of $6,575 at prime interest for 79-81 Broadway;
AND FURTHER THAT a by-law to enact this agreement be brought forward for Council
consideration.
