Tuesday, July 6`h, 1999 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Offices,
Tillsonburg, Ontario.
PRESENT: Mayor C. McKnight, Councillors: D. Beres, B. Carroll, S. Lamb, S.
Molnar, C. Rosehart and R. Smith
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
A. Closed Session
No. 1 Moved by Councillor Rosehart
Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT Council move
into Executive — Closed Session to consider matters of personnel.

Council moved out of Closed Session at 6:15 P.M.
B. Resolutions
No. 2 Moved by Councillor Rosehart
Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT the Council of
the Town of Tillsonburg hereby appoint the following:
- Mrs. Cynthia Hildebrand as Director of Community Services; and
- Ms. Lynn Buchner as Director of Corporate Services.
