Mr. Rutherford appeared before Council.
The CAO suggested determining location of a street, so that some long-term servicing issues can be
considered.
Wayne Michiels, 7 Lowrie Crescent, expressed concerns regarding grading.
Elizabeth Szollosi, 11 Lowrie Crescent, also expressed concerns regarding grading of property, and the
type of housing.
The Director of Operations responded that an overall grading plan will have to be prepared.

Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Tillsonburg
r01b1 recommend to the Oxford County Council that it approve draft plan of subdivision, File No. 32T-01001,
submitted by S.F. McManus, prepared by Kim Husted Surveying Ltd., shown as Plate 2,
Draft Plan, dated December 21st, 2000, comprising Part of Block A, Registered Plan 1082, in the Town of
Tillsonburg, subject to the conditions contained in Planning Report No. 2001-122, as well as the following
condition:
1) that a road allowance off of Lowrie Crescent and Dereham Drive be determined, taking
into account long-term servicing issues of the area.
