No persons appeared in support of, or opposition to, the subject application. The following resolution was passed. Resolution > No. 4 Moved by Councillor Beres Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of Adjustment approve application A-33101 for 41 Kara Lane, subject to the following condition: 1) A building permit for the sunroom shall be issued within one year of the date of the Committee's decision. Committee of Adiustment Application - Paul LaPlante File #A-34101 D Presented By: Mr. Paul Michiels, County Planner i) County Report Mr. Paul Michiels, County Planner, appeared before Council and reviewed his report. The following resolution was passed. �1 Resolution Page 2 MINUTES: Meeting for the Committee "Open Council" > No. 5 Moved by Councillor Molnar Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of Adjustment approve application A-34101 for 17 Young Street, subject to the following conditions: 1) A building permit for the carport shall be issued within one year of the date of the Committee's decision. 2) That the application be revised to increase the requested front yard setback to 2.5m (8.1ft) to match the setback of the existing dwelling. "Carried" 3) Submission of a revised OLS survey for the property showing the location of the proposed carport in accordance with the 2.5m (8.1ft) front yard setback requirement. Sanitary and Storm Sewer Lateral Maintenance Policy Presented By: Director of Operations Resolution > No. 6 Moved by Councillor Molnar Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Report from the Director of Operations dated September 28, 2001 be received; AND FURTHER THAT the sewer lateral policy OPS - 001 dated September 28, 2001 be approved by Town Council; AND FURTHER THAT Council approve the purchase of sewer inspection and locating equipment estimated at $26,000 from Trenchless Technology Ltd., (sole source), a tripod for $4,800 and a gas detector for $2,500 with the extra $18,300 being charged to sanitary sewer reserves this year. Open Burning By-law Staff Reports dated September 21, 2001 prepared by the Fire Chief and Director of Corporate Services regarding an Open Burning By-law. No. 10 Moved by Councillor Lewis Seconded by Councillor Smith AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Reports dated September 21, 2001 prepared by the Fire Chief and the Director of Corporate Services regarding an open burning by-law be received; AND THAT By-law No. 2986 being a by-law to set regulations for preventing fires and to repeal By-law 1917 be presented to Council for first and second reading. "Carried" 8. Tillsonburg Developments Inc. Subdivision Agreement D Staff Report regarding Tillsonburg Developments Inc. (Baldwin Place) Subdivision Agreement � No. 11 Moved by Councillor Smith Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Reports dated October 3, 2001 regarding the Tillsonburg Development Inc. Subdivision Agreement be received; AND THAT By-law No. 2989 being a by-law to authorize the entering into a subdivision agreement between Tillsonburg Developments Inc., the Town of Tillsonburg and the County of Oxford be presented to Council for enactment. Staff Report regarding Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Agreement D Staff Report dated October 3, 2001 regarding Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club Agreement No. 12 Moved by Councillor Smith Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Reports dated October 3, 2001 regarding the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Agreement be received; AND THAT By-law No. 2988 being a by-law to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute an agreement between the Town of Tillsonburg and the Tillsonburg Minor Soccer Club and repeal By-law No. 2943 be presented to Council for enactment, with the following amendment to the Agreement: eo � 2. "...The Club shall make equal minimum annual principal payments to Tillsonburg commencing not later than 2003 and ending not later than 2009."
