The Chief Administrative Officer, in the absence of Mr. Paul Michiels, County Planner,
reviewed the attached report.
Kathy Kitchenham appeared before Council with concerns as to the removal of the large
berm.
Casey DenDekker, Grassmere Construction, representing DDM Plastics, responded that
most of the berm would remain, and that they would work with Ms. Kitchenham in terms of
providing a noise barrier.
The following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Smith AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg
Committee of Adjustment approve application A-35101 for 50 Clearview Drive,
subject to the following conditions:
1) A building permit for the warehouse addition shall be issued within one year of the
date of the Committee's decision;
2) Submission of any required Certificates of Approval from the Ministry of the
Environment for the expanded operation, prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit;

3) Submission of an OLS survey for the property showing the location of the existing
building and the proposed addition, as well as confirmation that the proposed addition
will not encroach on the required site triangle at the corner of Bayham Drive and Newell
Road.

receivers of any profit we are able to generate."
