Revised By-laws D Staff Report dated February 5, 2002 regarding Revised By-laws - Motorized Snow Vehicles, Noise and Bicycles, skateboards, etc. RECOMMENDATION Council is requested to consider the following resolution: Rp-nhitinn > No. 4 Moved by Councillor Lewis Seconded by Councillor Smith AND RESOLVED THAT the Staff Report dated February 5, 2002 regarding the Revised By-laws Motorized Snow Vehicles, Noise and Bicycles, skateboards, etc. be received; AND THAT By-law No. 3000 being a by-law to provide for the licensing of bicycles be presented to Council for third and final reading; AND THAT By-law No. 3001 being a by-law to prohibit and/or regulate bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters or similar conveyances of similar description on certain sidewalks, parking lots or roadways within the Town of Tillsonburg be presented to Council for third and final reading; AND THAT By-law No. 3002 being a by-law to provide for the regulation or prohibition of unusual noises in the Town of Tillsonburg be presented to Council for third and final reading; AND THAT By-law No. 3003 being a by-law to regulate and govern the use of motorized snow vehicles in the Town of Tillsonburg be presented to Council for third and final reading.
