Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT baring any response from the two parties ie First
Professional and First Capital,. the Town's solicitor, Mr. Rod McDougall be directed to prepare an objection
to be lodged to the proposed Severance and Minor Variance with respect to the Norfolk Mall on
September 26, 2002.
