The following By -Law received three readings and was enacted.
1. By -Law 3035 - To authorize the execution of Ministry Connecting Link Agreement
By -Law 3035...
Note: As you will recall, By -Law 3034 was passed at the Regular Council
Meeting of September 23rd, 2002. However, on Tuesday, September 24th, revised
information was received by this office... therefore making it necessary to
change the schedules attached to the By -Law. As a result, By -Law 3035 will
replace By -Law 3034.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3035 to authorize the

execution of a Ministry Connecting Link Agreement be introduced and read a first and
second time and be referred to Committee of the Whole for further consideration and this
constitutes the first and second reading thereof.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT Committee do now rise and go
into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of considering By -Law number 3035.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT Committee do now rise and report
on By -Law 3035 as passed in Committee without amendment.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3035 to authorize the
execution of a Ministry Connecting Link Agreement be given third and final reading and
the Mayor and Clerk be are hereby authorized to sign the same and place the Corporate
Seal thereunto.
