/AW\ into Open Session, travelled to the Seniors Centre at Hickory Hills and reconvened in Open Session at
7:30.

Meeting of December 18th, 2002 be adopted as printed.

conditions:

the date of the Committee's decision.

Adjustment approve application A-46102 for 14 Wilson Avenue, subject to the following
condition:
1. A building permit for the covered deck shall be obtained within one year of the date of
the Committee's decision.

Mr. Dennis Odor an, agent for one of the applicants, appeared before Council.
No persons appeared in opposition to the noted applications.

Seconded by Councillor Beres AND RESOLVED THAT the Tillsonburg Committee of
Adjustment approve applications A-21!02, A-23102 to A-32102, A-34102 to A-36102,
A-43102 & A-44102 subject to the following conditions:
1. If required, a revised OLS survey of the subject property shall be submitted to the
satisfaction of the Town's Chief Building Official.
2. If required, a building permit for the structures noted shall be obtained within one year
of the date of the Committee's decision.

Following further discussion, the following resolution was passed.

Seconded by Councillor Molnar AND RESOLVED THAT Town Council authorize an
OOON application for Zoning Amendment incorporating provisions into the R2-3 zone to increase
the maximum lot coverage and to recognize the lot coverage and rear yard

encroachments for exiting buildings and structures which are in keeping with the general
form of residential development in the area.
