Glendale Dr. Alternative.dc Mr. Paul Michiels, Planner, County of Oxford, reviewed the County Planning Report, as The CAO reviewed his report, also attached and explained the proposed resolution. Mr. Morrison, developer, appeared before Council. He noted that he was not supporting or objecting to the proposed motion. He was in attendance to observe, as they would like to do something desirable for the residents. Councillor Smith noted that Council's direction in 2001 was to not do anything more with the subdivision until there was a plan for Phase II. Mr. Morrison advised that a plan had been prepared, and his sitting at a local surveyor's The CAO commented that it was his understanding that Council would have two plans for Council commented that they would like an opportunity to evaluate the current status and pursue the information that is available but has not been presented to Council. Council would like to see a presentation of the final plan for the subject area. Discussion was held as to which plan has legal authority. Councillor Lewis moved to table the motion.
