Seconded by Councillor Smith AND RESOLVED THAT the lands consisting of Lots 38 &
39 RP 41 M-133, Parts 4,3, 2, and 1, 41 R-7222, Town of Tillsonburg, be exempted from
Part Lot Control and that the County be requested to enact the necessary exempting
by-law as well as entering into a standard Part Lot Control Agreement with the applicant.

2. Development Charges By:!Law Review []

Excerpt from email received from County of Oxford...
County Staff is preparing for the mandatory five-year development charges
by-law review. Before presenting a report to Council on July 9th recommending
that an RFP be circulated for a consultant to conduct the exercise,
participation of the area municipalities is being offered. Due to County
Council's summer schedule (July 9th and August 13th) it is preferred to receive
Council's approval to issue the RFP early in July to allow the contract to be
let in early September. If your municipality wishes to participate, a
resolution of your council would be required and a staff member(s) must be
appointed to be part of a Steering Committee to participate in the process. A
meeting of the Steering Committee would be required asap to review the RFP to
allow it to be circulated as soon after July 9th as possible. For those
10. municipalities interested in participating possibly a meeting could be held
prior to, or part of, the CAO/Clerks meeting scheduled for June 26th to review

the RFP.
Please respond as soon as possible by indicating when your council meets next
so it can be determined if all councils have an opportunity to consider this
prior to July 9th, and if you'd like this to be part of the agenda on June
26th.

County of Oxford that it wishes to participate in the County of Oxford Development

2003, prepared by the Revenue Manager, regarding a By -Law for Adopting 2003
Budgetary Estimates, and Tax Rates be hereby received.
AND THAT By -Law 3064, being a by-law to provide for the adoption of 2003 budgetary
estimates and tax rates, and to further provide for penalty and interest in default of
payment, be presented to Council for enactment.

Seconded by Councillor Lewis AND RESOLVED THAT By -Law 3064 to provide for the
adoption of budgetary estimates, tax rates and to further provide for penalty and interest in
default of payment thereof for 2003 be introduced and read a first and second time and be
referred to Committee of the Whole for further consideration and this constitutes the first
and second reading thereof.

into Committee of the Whole for the purpose of considering By -Law number 3064.

Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal
thereunto.
