Seconded by Councillor Patenaude AND RESOLVED THAT Council approve a debenture
on behalf of the BIA of up to $100,000 to be repaid by the BIA over 10 years covering all
financing costs;
AND FURTHER THAT the BIA repay this amount by utilizing the levy increase of 10% this
year and that they use their operating budget to repay the debenture.

and the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal
thereunto.
